About this role: The CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office is seeking an experienced individual to join its AI Solution Delivery team. This role will be responsible for implementing AI initiatives by managing all activities in a project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closing. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Lead the delivery of Document Intelligence AI projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Act as a hands-on subject matter expert, architecting scalable solutions and promoting data excellence. Make decisions in end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end Conduct strategic reviews and performance assessments, providing creative solutions to complex challenges. Establish best practices for AI/ML and oversee the Documents Intelligence AI lifecycle. Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and implement program and project-level processes, procedures, and performance metrics Demonstrate an understanding of policy, methodology, and artifact creation that influence and lead agile delivery to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives Collaborate and consult with executive leadership, stakeholders, project leads, sponsors, and business partners to clarify and define project requirements

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.   • Experience implementing AI/GenAI Document Intelligence AI solutions in Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of business use cases and applicable solutions
