About The Position

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPMC) is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the AI Solutions Enablement, Product & Innovation Lead within the Corporate & Advisory Office (CAO). This role is responsible for delivering AI as a product, enabling adoption at scale, and acting as the connective tissue between firmwide AI innovation and business execution. The Executive Director will own the AI solutions portfolio for CAO, translate advanced AI capabilities into clear business value, and ensure that AI solutions built across the firm are discoverable, reusable, and impactful. This leader will partner closely with Corporate Functions, Lines of Business, central AI teams, technology, risk, and innovation groups to accelerate responsible AI adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, product strategy, or technology-enabled transformation, ideally within large, complex enterprises.
  • Demonstrated strategy-first mindset: ability to frame ambiguous problems, define north-star visions, and translate strategy into actionable portfolios and roadmaps.
  • Experience operating as a business-facing product or portfolio leader, influencing outcomes without direct execution ownership.
  • Strong ability to synthesize across business, technology, and risk to create clear, executive-level narratives and recommendations.
  • Proven success working in highly matrixed organizations, aligning senior stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Intellectual curiosity and demonstrated hunger to learn AI, including understanding AI concepts well enough to shape use cases, evaluate solutions, and guide adoption—without being a hands-on model builder.
  • Excellent communication skills, with comfort presenting to Managing Directors and C-suite executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Accenture) or internal strategy roles.
  • Experience partnering closely with data science, engineering, or AI execution teams while maintaining clear role separation.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, platforms, and enterprise adoption patterns, with a willingness to continuously deepen AI fluency.
  • Experience in financial services, corporate functions, or other regulated industries.
  • Exposure to innovation programs, emerging technology scouting, or internal venture / incubation models.
  • Frames problems at the right altitude and connects AI investments to business strategy and outcomes.
  • Converts strategy and innovation into consumable AI products and portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Own the AI solutions portfolio for CAO as products, from concept through adoption, scaling, and lifecycle management.
  • Define product vision, value propositions, use-case definitions, success metrics, and adoption strategies for AI solutions delivered by execution teams.
  • Ensure AI solutions are positioned for reuse, scalability, and business consumption, without directly managing model development or engineering delivery.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders to shape demand, clarify problem statements, and prioritize opportunities for AI impact.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and outcomes for the AI Execution Lead and delivery teams.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for business-facing AI product ownership, while execution remains with delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain a firm-facing AI solutions catalog that clearly articulates available AI products, capabilities, and reusable assets.
  • Develop executive-ready collateral (solution briefs, demos, playbooks, case studies) that communicate what exists, who it is for, and how to adopt it.
  • Ensure consistent storytelling and positioning of CAO AI solutions across the firm.
  • Serve as the primary interface between firmwide AI innovation (central AI, emerging technology, innovation labs, applied research) and CAO.
  • Evaluate and onboard firm-developed AI capabilities into CAO where they align with business priorities and standards.
  • Partner with Risk, Controls, and Technology to ensure solutions meet model risk, data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.
  • Track and communicate adoption, value realization, and portfolio health to senior leadership.
  • Influence across product, business, technology, risk, legal, and compliance without duplicating delivery ownership.
  • Actively builds AI literacy and stays current on emerging capabilities and risks.
  • Establishes clarity, accountability, and momentum in ambiguous spaces.

Benefits

  • We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location.
  • Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
  • We also offer a range of benefits and programs to meet employee needs, based on eligibility.
  • These benefits include comprehensive health care coverage, on-site health and wellness centers, a retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching and more.
