Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA). Your Future Team Hightower's Advisor Services team focuses on serving as an organic growth and practice management partner for Advisor Businesses through coordinating with different Corporate Departments to deliver strategic programs to Advisor Businesses. Reporting to the West Region Head, you will help use your knowledge to guide strategic decision-making and enhance our organization's impact. You will be a strategic thinker, a skilled relationship builder, and passionate about applying the organic growth model to increase organizational growth and impact. We will ask you to travel to our Advisory practices based on the West Coast 50% of the month. If you are based in the LA, Chicago or NYC area, we will require you to come into our office Monday-Thursday on the weeks when you are not traveling.
