Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience within a modern advertising or creative agency, with proven success leading a discipline, team, or line of business.
  • Hands-on expertise as a practitionerwhether strategy, planning, account leadership, visual creative, verbal creative, or a hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision and growth of Monigles advertising practice while staying deeply connected to the work as a practitioner.
  • Develop modern advertising solutions that integrate brand, experience, social, influencer, and performance marketing.
  • Cultivate strong, trust based client relationships, serving as a senior advisor who brings clarity, creativity, and optimism to complex challenges.-based client relationships, serving as a senior advisor who brings clarity, creativity, and optimism to complex challenges.
  • Partner seamlessly with other Monigle departments including Insights, Strategy and Transformation, Expression, Experience, and Maven to build unified, insight driven campaigns.-driven campaigns.
  • Drive business development effortsidentifying opportunities, shaping pitches, and helping expand the Advertising pipeline.
  • Establish operational excellence within the practice, improving processes, resourcing models, and ways of working.
  • Mentor and grow a diverse community of talent, creating an environment where people feel supported, inspired, and clear on their path.
  • Champion the role of AI and emerging technologies in elevating creativity, efficiency, and imagination across the team.
  • Oversee financial health for the practice, ensuring the right balance of billability, craft, client value, and team wellbeing.
  • Contribute to agency-wide leadership conversations, helping shape how Advertising integrates across Monigles holistic brand experience ecosystem.
