Job Summary: The Executive Commercial Support Assistant provides high-level administrative and commercial support to Sales leadership, ensuring priorities, meetings, communications, and day-to-day activities remain organized and on track. This role supports the execution of commercial initiatives by coordinating information, maintaining reporting tools, preparing materials, and assisting with processes that help the Sales team operate efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant or commercial support capacity
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or revenue-generating teams
  • Familiarity with CRM or reporting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar (support-level use)
  • Experience assisting with documentation, reporting, or basic process support

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and commercial support to Sales leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and logistics
  • Anticipate executive needs, manage competing priorities, and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, track action items, and follow up to support timely execution
  • Assist in maintaining sales dashboards, KPI trackers, and performance reports using established tools and templates
  • Compile data, summaries, and executive-ready materials for internal meetings, leadership reviews, and commercial updates
  • Support coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Client Support to facilitate communication and follow-through
  • Support existing commercial processes by organizing documentation, templates, shared drives, and reference materials
  • Assist with maintaining SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation as directed by leadership
  • Identify administrative or coordination gaps and escalate improvement opportunities as appropriate
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, and internal or external documents to support commercial initiatives
  • Draft correspondence and communications on behalf of Sales leadership
  • Serve as a point of contact for scheduling, coordination, and administrative inquiries related to the commercial team
