This role oversees a high-profile foodhall concept serving breakfast and lunch, featuring seven distinct offerings: Sushi, Noodles, Hearth, Full-Service Salad Bar, Grill, Taqueria, and Northern Indian cuisine. The program also includes a full-service coffee bar, an expanded grab-and-go pantry, and a take-home meal program. You will lead a team of culinary associates, ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, and drive excellence across all kitchen operations.

Nice To Haves

• Culinary degree preferred
• 3–5 years of culinary management experience
• Strong background in high-volume production and multi-concept operations
• Proven cost-control and financial management skills
• Motivation to grow within a leading foodservice organization
