About The Position

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to take the lead of a high-volume corporate dining operation in Norwood, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to drive culinary creativity while managing daily operations, developing a strong team culture, and delivering consistently outstanding food. You’ll oversee all aspects of the kitchen—from safety and sanitation to training and execution—while collaborating with partners to elevate the overall dining experience.

Requirements

• At least five years of culinary management experience in corporate dining, fine dining, country club or similar settings
• High volume production and catering experience is required for this role
• Previous experience managing cost controls
• Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch food service company
• Local or within a reasonable commute to Norwood, MA

• Culinary degree preferred
• ServSafe Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the corporaete dining account
• Plans and creates all menus
• Purchases and manages inventory
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
