Join FLIK as a GM in Norwood, MAThe General Manager is a dynamic leadership role reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, with full ownership of the day-to-day success of a premier Corporate B&I account in Norwood, MA. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at leading teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional food and service experiences. The General Manager champions operational excellence, inspires high-performing teams, and ensures consistently outstanding food quality and customer satisfaction through strong communication, multitasking, and hands-on leadership.

Requirements

  • At least five years of foodservice operation experience as a GM, Assistant GM, or similar level role
  • Experience in contract food service management preferred
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing a budget
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
  • Local to Norwood, MA or within reasonable commute

Nice To Haves

  • BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the corporate dining account
  • Manages overall day-to-day operations of the corporate dining account
  • Conducts HR functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations
  • Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training
  • Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departments
  • Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top-quality food
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team
