Our resort is looking for an experienced Executive Chef! This position assists in driving the overall market status of the hotel by developing a strategic point of difference: an outstandingly creative, quality food product. Plans, directs, supervises, and controls all food and beverage item selection and production, ensuring the highest level of product quality, presentation, and sanitation. Responsible for menu planning, recipe creation, food ordering, labor staffing and scheduling, and food production, storage, and sanitation. Directs the hiring, training, and supervision of all food production team members.
