About The Position

Working as an Executive Chef at Adobe, you will oversee all culinary functions for a flagship café on the San Jose campus. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing a high-volume, breakfast and lunch-only corporate dining operation. You will lead a team of associates, ensure food quality and consistency, and maintain all safety and sanitation standards. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, full benefits, paid holidays, and strong work-life balance. Nice To Haves

Culinary degree preferred
Three to five years of culinary management experience
Experience in high-volume corporate dining or similar environments
Strong background in multicultural cuisine
Proven experience managing cost controls and operational efficiency
Hands-on leadership style with strong team development skills
Desire to grow within a leading foodservice organization

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing culinary team in a fast-paced corporate dining environment
Oversee cost controls, budgeting, and overall financial performance of the account
Plan, create, and execute diverse, high-quality menus with a focus on multicultural cuisine
Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
Roll out new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary leadership
Act as the face of the operation, engaging with guests and fostering a strong café culture
