Requirements

• You thrive in fast paced environments, and don't shy away from working hard.
• You are able to lift up to 30 lbs, and walk/stand for long periods of time.
• You have a keen eye for detail, and understand the importance of guest experience from the first greeting to closing the check.
• You feel comfortable addressing conflicts when they arise and making it right for our guests every time.
• The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role, and will be heavily utilized while supporting the restaurant operations and launching marketing campaigns.
• You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.

Responsibilities

• As our Executive Chef, you will be working with our team to ensure the delivery of excellent service in accordance with our high standards.
• You will be working with our culinary, restaurant, and catering teams to achieve Conrad Hilton's vision of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
