Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Internet
- Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverages
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing kitchen teams
- Strong communication abilities with staff, management, and guests

- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Lead culinary team with inspiration and accountability
- Ensure recipe adherence and quality consistency
- Collaborate on food costing and inventory systems
