Requirements

• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience working in a Culinary environment as a Chef

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred
• Previous experience working in a banquet kitchen or high-volume restaurant or previous experience in a luxury or fine-dining restaurant preferred

Responsibilities

• Owns and oversees daily kitchen operations, including fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service.
• Executes policies and procedures, oversees training programs, and ensures adherence to health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Manages human resources responsibilities, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, and compliance with company policies and diversity commitments.
• Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction and product quality, addressing complaints and feedback appropriately.
• Collaborates with divisional directors and kitchen teams for seamless product delivery, maintaining high knowledge of the property’s food and beverage products.
