Executive Chef As an Executive Chef at Traditions Hospitality Group, you’ll lead our culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience at Vino's Italian Kitchen. From menu and specials development to kitchen leadership, you’ll ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in culinary management or related field.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with dress code standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of team development and motivation.
- Knowledge of culinary trends and industry best practices.
- Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift
Nice To Haves
- Steakhouse experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the culinary team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee culinary operations for Vino's Italian Kitchen.
- Work with leadership to develop menus and features/specials with a focus on quality, creativity, and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic culinary initiatives.
