About The Position

As an Expeditor for Traditions Hospitality Group in our full-service kitchen, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area. Your organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will contribute to the success of our kitchen operations and the satisfaction of our guests.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.

Responsibilities

Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and the serving staff to ensure timely delivery to guests.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to prioritize orders and resolve any discrepancies.
Ensure that each dish meets presentation and quality standards before being served to guests.
Monitor ticket times and expedite orders during peak service periods to minimize wait times.
Verify accuracy and completeness of orders before they leave the kitchen.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and expedite station.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to address any issues or delays in food preparation.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
