About The Position

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communications

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations and kitchen teams
• Maintain Levy culinary standards and enforce food safety guidelines
• Train and develop kitchen personnel at all levels
• Partner with operations and purchasing teams to manage inventory and food cost
• Ensure quality presentation and timely execution of all menu items
• Participate in recruitment and hiring decisions
• Deliver engaging food experiences aligned with guest expectations
