Reporting to a Resident District Manager, you will assist in leading culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation across the account. You will mentor and develop a talented culinary team through hands-on coaching and extensive training, fostering creativity while maintaining strict compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Collaborating with District Chef's on site and department leaders including Directors of Dining Services, marketing, finance, HR, communications, IT, and dietetics, you will oversee menu planning, recipe development, and execution to deliver innovative, high-quality dining experiences. This role requires a passionate culinary leader who can inspire collaboration, uphold uncompromising standards, minimize waste, and ensure every meal exceeds expectations.
