About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 4 to join our leadership team at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, a premier 600-bed regional medical center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This is a high-impact culinary leadership role within a complex, high-volume healthcare environment. Requirements

Proven ability to lead and motivate frontline staff, including union and non-union employees.
Strong background in safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
Financial acumen with experience managing food and labor budgets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Nice To Haves

Experience with Sodexo systems and programs is strongly preferred.
Culinary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
