About The Position

Our Executive Chefs are dedicated to their craft and take pride in providing guests with excellent food and professional service. Our Chefs have imperative responsibilities of managing all culinary operations of the business. Our new Executive Chef can expect a close working relationship with the Management Team, the Operations Leadership Team, and the entire front and back of house staff. Most importantly, our new Executive Chef can expect a fun and rewarding career in a legendary hospitality group. Location: Harry & Izzy's Paradise Valley, AZ (Opening September 2026!)

Requirements

  • 3-7 years' worth of Executive Chef experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience preferred
  • Degree or certificate is relevant field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that staffing levels are maintained and adjusted to meet or exceed customer needs
  • Responsible for hiring, proper training, motivating, scheduling, and supervising kitchen employees
  • Provides direction and training to team members by coaching, counseling, and providing feedback on job performance
  • Establishes and maintains sufficient levels of food, dishes, and other supplies for the restaurant to operate efficiently
  • Purchases company specified products and ingredients from company specified suppliers
  • Takes an accurate inventory of all food and cleaning supplies at the end of fiscal period
  • Reviews P&L with the General Manager prior to submission to Accounting dept.
