Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for the campuses of Maricopa Community Colleges, located in Maricopa County, AZ. Our Executive Chef will support all locations with retail and catering operations. Each location offers catering services. They will have 10 direct reports with oversight of the culinary program, ensuring compliance. Valid drivers license required. This is a very hands on culinary role, but will also have responsibility for food cost, menu costing, purchasing, etc. Valid drivers license is required. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions.
