Increases gaming revenues and profits by developing designated customer segments through increased visitation and play consolidation. Creates loyalty to Caesars Palace Las Vegas among valued gaming customers by building lasting relationships and effectively utilizing marketing techniques. Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years VIP guest services related experience with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Self motivated and independent and must be willing to work any shift, weekends and holidays if/when necessary.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand both English and Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese will be a plus.
- College degree in Marketing, Hotel or Business Management is required.
- Great team worker with all of existing team member as a TEAM.
- Keep professional appearance while on duty all time.
- Punctuality is a minimum requirement for the position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities
- Maintains close ties with targeted guests through personal contact by phone and in person.
- Greets guests in the casino and participates in social events and special promotions.
- Anticipates guests’ needs and quickly responds to guests’ requests to arrange transportation and accommodations.
- Effectively uses telemarketing, mail and other marketing techniques to increase visitation patterns among target customers.
- Making immediate marketing decisions in accordance with established guidelines.
- Handle guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner.
- Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
