Popcorn Potential is seeking experienced Executive Career Coaches to support professionals navigating leadership growth and career transition. This is a contract-based consulting opportunity suited to established coaches, consultants, and senior professionals who are looking to apply their expertise within a flexible, remote structure. About the Role As an Executive Career Coach, you will work with experienced professionals seeking clarity, direction, and leadership development support. You’ll facilitate structured conversations, guide career planning discussions, and contribute to professional growth initiatives within an established framework. This is not an entry-level role and not a corporate HR position. It is designed for experienced practitioners who value autonomy and professional integrity.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in executive coaching, consulting, leadership development, recruitment, or related fields
Demonstrated experience in strategic communication and career pathway development
Comfortable working in a remote, digital environment
Self-directed and organized
Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada

Responsibilities

Conduct structured virtual coaching sessions (Zoom-based)
Support clients in career progression and leadership development planning
Facilitate professional development conversations using approved frameworks
Contribute to thought leadership and brand visibility through professional content sharing
Operate independently within an established professional framework.
