Job Overview: The Commercial & Consumer Experiences Communications Team is seeking an Executive Business Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support and operational support to, a Vice President and General Manager. This role thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and requires someone who can think ten steps ahead, anticipate needs, and manage multiple, shifting priorities with precision and urgency. In this position one core responsibility is to own complex, dynamic calendaring and ensure the executives move smoothly through each day. You will look across the calendar with a strategic lens, ensuring priorities are accurately reflected, spotting pressure points before they occur, and making proactive adjustments to keep the executives aligned and prepared. You will help create seamless day-to-day flow by maintaining schedules, coordinating key rhythms, keeping the business on track, and enabling your leaders to stay focused on what matters most. In addition to managing calendars, travel, and expenses for two executives, this role serves as a team leader—driving discrete projects, contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture, and providing support and guidance to teammates across the org. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, positive attitude and a solutions-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate loves the craft of calendaring, takes pride in creating an efficient and intentional schedule, and brings a positive, professional presence to every interaction. They are proactive, self-motivated, and thrives amid change—demonstrating strong follow through, clarity and ownership.
