About The Position

As an Executive Assistant at Roku, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and effectiveness by acting as a strategic partner to our SVP, Global Media Revenue. This isn’t just about managing calendars—it’s about being a trusted partner who enables our Media Revenue leadership team to focus on high-impact initiatives while ensuring the seamless execution of critical business operations. This role is highly visible and integral to our fast-paced media environment. While you’ll primarily partner with the SVP, Global Media Revenue – you’ll also interact daily with senior leaders across our Advertising, Product, Engineering, Subscriptions, Content, and Corporate Functions businesses; providing proactive support and anticipating needs before they arise. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trusted, someone who thrives in ambiguity, and can confidently navigate shifting priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership - ideally within technology, media, or advertising
  • A track record of proactively managing executive priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A bias for action, and the confidence to make decisions that are best for the SVP you’ll be partnering with
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently and thoughtfully across all levels of the organization and the industry community
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
  • A team player-mentality, while being adaptable and enjoying a challenge
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for driving efficiency and impact

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to SVP Global Media Revenue, optimizing their time and enabling high-impact decision-making
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics, ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Prioritize competing demands, exercising sound judgment to keep executives focused on what matters most
  • Track and drive key action items, ensuring follow-through on high-priority initiatives
  • Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing follow-ups to ensure progress
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, direct reports, and external partners to streamline communication and coordination
  • Plan and execute high-profile meetings and events, ensuring seamless experiences for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
