About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Global Solutions Organization Officer & Chief Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner and a key enabler for the broader leadership team, helping manage priorities, streamline workflows, and foster a connected and productive team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or public Relations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and manage executive communications and correspondence.
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and time zone coordination.
• Prepare and process expense reports accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Oversee office management activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support in planning and executing minor corporate or team events.
• Foster and promote positive workplace culture and team engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with the Office of the Chairman and CEO to ensure alignment and efficiency across priorities.
