We are seeking a highly proactive, strategic Executive Assistant who can take on a wide range of tasks and is a true partner to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, exceptional communicator, and highly organized operator who anticipates needs and solves problems independently. Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years supporting senior executives
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of discretion handling confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing projects or initiatives end-to-end
  • Anticipatory mindset
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making ability
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Executive presence
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling with a focus on maximizing executive effectiveness
  • General office tasks as needed
  • Coordinate domestic/international travel, agendas, and logistics
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and reports
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as an extension of the executive in meetings, follow-ups, and decision tracking
  • Drive key initiatives, ensuring accountability and execution across teams
  • Support strategic planning cycles, including goal tracking and business reviews
  • Conduct research, synthesize insights, and provide recommendations to inform decisions
  • Manage cross-functional projects and special initiatives
  • Oversee communications, ensuring alignment across leadership and teams
  • Represent the executive with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders
