The AWS PxT (HR) team is looking for an exceptional, well-organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support two Directors in the AWS PxT Leadership Team. This role requires attention to detail, exceptional organization and prioritization skills, and the ability to plan ahead and meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. You will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. This role requires five (5) days a week in office. A day in the life You must be able to communicate well with a positive team environment and take swift, effective action whilst proactively solving complex problems with little to no guidance. The position requires the ability to work successfully within a fast-paced team environment, build effective working relationships, maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization and become the “go-to” person for support activities. You must posses the ability to handle confidential information while maintaining professionalism in dealing with Leadership Team Members.
