Amazon Prime Air Drone Delivery Program is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Prime Air team in Seattle, Washington. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. The Executive Assistant also has the opportunity to take on additional tasks for improvement projects to understand and improve the business cadence, mechanisms/processes, and team morale, feedback, and communication. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
  • Manage domestic and international travel
  • Manage expense report coordination and submission
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
  • Track and ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and action with follow-up. as a liaison for direct reports
  • Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
  • Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team
