The Executive Assistant provides multi-dimensional complex administrative support for the system wide Tallwood Urology and Kidney Institute. The Executive Assistant will need to work in a manner which requires self-direction, independence, discretionary judgment and professionalism.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
• Three (3) to Five (5) years’ progressive experience in senior leadership level administrative support in large operational organization
• Advanced computer skills including high proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets) and technologies supporting business operations.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills including drafting memos, presentations, reports

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, efficient, and accurate executive level administrative support
• Prepare summaries and analyses of information including the consolidation of input from reporting units.
• Create and prepare correspondence and reports using most advanced Microsoft Office applications
• Coordinate details of projects and information gathering activities of reporting teams and business operations
• Organize complex meetings involving system leadership
• Prepare materials, and attend meetings and draft minutes as required
• Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts across HHC and understands reporting relationships in order to manage work.
• Organize and maintain files for senior leadership in a complete, accurate and timely fashion, and suggest changes to system to meet changing needs.
