About The Position

Hi, we are Search Atlas! We are a fast-growing SaaS company redefining how businesses approach SEO and digital marketing. We're scrappy, sharp, and scaling fast. Our CEO and COO are high-energy entrepreneurs who move at speed — and they need a right-hand person who can keep up, anticipate what's next, and make things happen on the ground in SF. This Isn't Your Average Assistant Role We're not looking for someone who's great at sitting behind a desk. We're looking for a hustler — someone who's energetic, ambitious, and genuinely excited to be in the room where it happens at a fast-growing SaaS company. If you're the kind of person who gets a rush from a packed calendar, loves meeting new people, and wants to help build something real in San Francisco — read on. You'll be supporting both our COO and CEO directly, and you won't be doing it alone. You'll be joining a team of 2 other remote assistants — but as the only one based in San Francisco, you're the boots on the ground. The person who can actually show up, make things happen in person, and bring the whole team's work to life in the real world.

Requirements

  • Type A to the core — organized, proactive, and a step ahead at all times
  • High energy and people-first — you light up in a room and make things happen
  • Hungry to grow — this is a launchpad role, and you'll treat it that way
  • San Francisco-based and ready to be present and in-person regularly
  • AI-native — you use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Clickup as daily productivity weapons
  • Flexible — your schedule bends to what the business needs, not the other way around
  • Discreet and trustworthy — you handle sensitive information with total professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a coordinator, EA, events, or community-building role
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or ClickUp
  • Existing network or familiarity with the SF tech/startup scene

Responsibilities

  • Own the Calendars: You're the gatekeeper for two busy executives. You'll manage complex, fast-moving schedules and make sure the CEO and COO's time is always protected and optimized. No double-bookings. No missed meetings. No surprises.
  • Drive Networking & Community: This is a big one. San Francisco is a city full of opportunity, and we want to attack it intentionally. You'll help map out the SF ecosystem, identify events and circles worth being in, get us registered and in the room, and help us build a network of hundreds of meaningful relationships. Think of yourself as a co-strategist!
  • Plan & Host Events: From intimate dinners to larger gatherings, you'll help conceptualize, plan, and execute events that build our brand and community in SF. You'll own the logistics from start to finish.
  • Help Build Our Office: We're setting up our San Francisco office and need someone on the ground to help make it happen. You'll step in as a part-time office manager — handling things that simply can't be done remotely. Vendors, setup, day-to-day operations — you'll be the person who makes it all work.
  • Support Executive Operations: Calendar and email management, travel coordination, briefings, and keeping both the CEO and COO organized and ahead of schedule. You'll also leverage AI tools daily to work faster and smarter.
