The position provides dedicated administrative backing and calendar management for the firm’s policy directors, shares responsibility for daily office operations, and ensures a professional and welcoming environment. Responsibilities are varied, including leading meeting planning, documentation, and office operations while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, and contributing directly to firm and client success through efficient time management and proactive problem-solving.
