Responsibilities

• Manage rapidly shifting calendars and ensure the Founders remain aligned to their highest-value priorities.
• Coordinate domestic travel, customer meetings, and external engagements with flawless execution.
• Maintain crisp communication: capturing details, following up, and preventing information gaps across workstreams.
• Handle light personal logistics such as family travel, local arrangements, and occasional errands that keep the Founders unblocked.
• Act as a high-trust partner: responding quickly to urgent matters.
