Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented professional? Chartwells Higher Education is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to multi executive leaders. Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5 years in administrative and clerical roles, with a proven track record of success supporting senior leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Concur.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Efficient Calendar Management: Organize and manage schedules, ensuring timely coordination of meetings and events.
  • Comprehensive Administrative Support: Prepare reports, handle documentation, and manage expenses while monitoring budgets.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute meetings and conferences with creativity and attention to cost-effectiveness.
  • Effective Communication: Keep the team informed with updates on schedules, project requirements, and report requests.
  • Additional Duties: Take on various tasks as assigned to support the department’s success.
