About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, self-directed Executive Assistant to support 2–3 Directors within the Ads Finance organization. This role is critical to the effectiveness of a fast-paced, global team and requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate business needs. You will demonstrate a high bar for operational excellence, take ownership of your work, and partner closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high impact results. Requirements

  • 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with executive level calendar management

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars and scheduling for multiple Directors across global time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Organize and support team activities, including staff meetings, all-hands, off-sites, and morale events.
  • Act as a trusted partner and gatekeeper to Directors by exercising sound judgment, discretion, and prioritization.
  • Partner with the broader Executive Assistant community to foster a collaborative and effective working environment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Recruiting, HR, Facilities, Finance Operations, and other Executive Assistants.
