About The Position

Pulmovant is a Roivant-backed clinical-stage biotechnology company developing innovative therapies for patients suffering from pulmonary diseases. Pulmovant’s first program, mosliciguat is designed to provide an effective, once-daily, inhaled treatment option for patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH). Mosliciguat is a novel, potential first-in-class, sGC activator with a differentiated mechanism that may have broad applicability across the PH spectrum. Mosliciguat has been extensively characterized across a robust Phase 1 program with 170 participants dosed to date including patients with PH in the Phase 1b ATMOS study which has produced highly compelling and clinically meaningful efficacy data, as well as a favorable safety profile. Summary: The successful candidate will provide high level administrative, communication and project management support in all facets of the daily business routine for team of senior leaders in the clinical and clinical trial/program group. The candidate will be flexible and open to unfamiliar assignments with excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Must handle multiple workstreams with adaptable and efficient prioritization. Should be highly organized and work well both collaboratively and autonomously. Candidate will be highly resourceful, composed, and empathetic. Must thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and work well under the pressure of multiple competing requests within tight timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience supporting senior level executives preferably in the R&D/Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry, Finance/Investment industry or start-up
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Responsibilities

  • Handle heavy, complex, fluid calendar management, while proactively managing conflicts.
  • Effectively engage with team by staying on top of key topics, areas of focus, and prioritizing appropriately.
  • Handle meeting logistics for conferences, investor, and industry events, coordinating all aspects of participation.
  • Work closely and under the supervision of the Director of Executive Operations, Office of The CEO.
  • Work closely with team to stay well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, researching required passport, visa requirements, providing detailed itineraries.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and take projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Work cooperatively with the team of assistants in a positive partnership.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, conference rooms, remote participant access, catering, and meeting materials.
  • Regularly interface with high-profile professionals on behalf of team.
  • Responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, outside of normal business hours.
  • Track, prepare and submit expenses, invoices and purchase orders, processing in a timely manner.
  • Assist with personal requests as needed.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned and required.
