The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the SVP and Chief Financial Officer and VP, Information Technology, working with minimal supervision to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature. This position reports to the SVP and Chief Financial Officer and is part of the CFO Organization located in Sunnyvale, CA and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Understand the Leader's goals and priorities to anticipate needs and align support accordingly. Proactively manage the Leaders’ daily schedule and calendar. Provide Seamless Operational Support. Manage and coordinate all aspects of executive meetings including and not limited to conference room reservations, teleconference & video conference set-up, catering, and associated meeting logistics including related social activities for both on-site and off-site events. Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. Coordinate with Communications and HR to distribute announcements on behalf of the Leader. Lead projects as directed by the CFO and VP, Information Technology by clarifying roles and responsibilities among team members, ensure timelines are met, deliverables identified, and resources are aligned. Plan and execute project team meetings accordingly.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills: Outlook (e-mail and calendar management), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness with proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, take initiative, be a self-starter and solve problems calmly and professionally in a team environment.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years of related work experience.
  • 3+ years of project management skills and experience in event planning, managing and coordinating all aspects of executive meetings and conferences from inception to completion.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically per business needs.

  • The salary range for this role is $71,500-$102,000 annually ($34.38 - $49.04/hrly) .
  • This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
  • This range may be modified in the future.
  • This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
