About The Position

BCDI is seeking an experienced, professional, full-time Executive Assistant, for our CEO/CMO and COO. BCDI's Executive Assistant provides timely, accurate and administrative support to the CEO/CMO and COO. He or she schedules internal and external meetings, arranges business travel, keeps work calendars updated and accurate, and submits business expense reports. BCDI's Executive Assistant coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports, such as budget expenditures, and statistical records of performance data, as well as submits professional licensure renewals for CEO/CMO. He or she attends and takes minutes at all board meetings among many other professional, administrative duties. Who is our ideal candidate? Someone who wants to be challenged. Requirements

  • Five plus years’ experience as an Executive Assistant preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience scheduling travel, both domestic and international.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Compliance with all HIPAA privacy laws.
