About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a growing accounting and financial services environment. This role requires strong administrative expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and organized workflow management. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, client-focused environment and brings strong problem-solving skills along with a high level of discretion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in accounting, finance, or professional services environments preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to executive leadership
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal/external communications
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive financial information with discretion
  • Coordinate client communications and follow-ups
  • Assist with bookkeeping support tasks and documentation organization as needed
  • Organize company files, contracts, and compliance records
  • Support project coordination and internal process improvements
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense tracking
  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners
