The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and strategic support to the President of Veolia North America, Municipal Water Contract Operations – West Region. This role involves scheduling and other executive support, maintenance of office equipment, and the management and maintenance of plan and program documents. The Executive Administrative Assistant will ensure appropriate communication between internal, remote, or hybrid employees and field operations regarding administrative matters, and will also provide general administrative tasks to additional departments. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling a wide range of high-level administrative functions and support tasks for an operations team, and must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
