About The Position

We're looking for an organized and strategic, Executive Assistant to support our Fintech & Alternative Finance Sales organization. You will sit at the center of a fast‑moving, fully remote team—partnering closely with senior leaders to manage priorities, complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive‑level materials. You'll be a trusted connector across the business, balancing judgment and decisiveness, ownership, and momentum to everything you touch. You will work remotely and report to the SVP Fintech & Alternative Finance Sales

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an Executive Assistant role supporting multiple leaders.
  • You will work remotely and willing to work eastern or central time zone hours
  • Maintain confidentiality while supporting executive‑level priorities
  • Maintain momentum and organization amid competing demands
  • Advanced proficiency with: Salesforce, Excel (advanced formulas, data manipulation), PowerPoint ( executive-level presentations), Outlook.
  • High level of accuracy across complex schedules, documents, and operational processes.
  • Experience contributing to smooth and scalable administrative operations

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted communication liaison for executive leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, events, travel arrangements, expenses, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare in advance to remove roadblocks, and escalate issues to ensure priorities are met with urgency and accountability.
  • Be the team's subject matter expert on Outlook and Salesforce.
  • Create and refine advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting materials.
  • Support internal communications, including newsletters, sales contests, and team updates.
  • Partner with team members, clients, vendors, facilities, and technology teams.
  • Lead operational onboarding for new sales hires, including equipment, systems, and process setup.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, facilities teams, technology partners, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support a virtual workforce; and provide backup coverage for other admins while maintaining existing workload
