Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years supporting senior leaders, ideally in a creative, media, or agency setting
- Expertise in Google Workspace and calendar/inbox management
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information
- Confidence to represent the executive in meetings and follow-ups
- A calm, proactive approach in a fast-moving environment
- Genuine enthusiasm for executive support as a long-term career
Responsibilities
- Manage a dynamic calendar and keep the executive’s time focused on top priorities
- Oversee inbox management and streamline communication across teams and partners
- Coordinate meetings, materials, and follow-ups to keep projects on track
- Attend select meetings and share clear notes, next steps, and context
- Handle travel, confidential correspondence, and administrative details
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and find ways to make processes smoother
