About The Position

We're looking for an executive assistant to join our team in the Business Affairs department. Our ideal candidate is interested in the learning more about the field with a thirst for knowledge. Provide administrative support to two Executives in the Business Affairs department. Contract drafting, filing, answering phones, calendar management, and other administrative tasks. Perform special projects and research as needed. Complete expense reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of entertainment or administrative experience. Internships and other related experiences will be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Able to navigate the internal filing systems and execute research assignments with a high level of proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
