Introduction: The Town of Charlton is seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to join our team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Water/Sewer Department and Commission. The Execuitve Assistant is the point of contact for the department. Duties include permitting applications, AP and billing, processing new accounts, records and process liens, attends nightly meetings, along with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Department. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
