About The Position

This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless execution of daily responsibilities and strategic initiatives. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate high-stakes meetings, and serve as a trusted liaison across internal teams and external partners. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment. You will support executive decision-making by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The role also includes coordinating events, travel, and special projects, providing visibility into the executive office, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree or relevant certification a plus
  • Minimum 8 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
  • Minimum 2 years supporting executive-level management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio)
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and office management skills with the ability to handle complex arrangements
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information professionally
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks from multiple sources and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external engagements
  • Prepare professional presentations, reports, and correspondence for high-level meetings
  • Coordinate Board of Directors and governance-related meetings, including materials and travel logistics
  • Oversee travel arrangements, expense reports, and approvals for senior leadership
  • Serve as liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders
  • Lead planning and execution of team events, offsites, and social initiatives
  • Monitor communications, take messages, and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding items
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks with accuracy and professionalism
