About The Position

Executive Assistant, Ultrasound NAR Leadership Team (Bothell, WA) In this role, you will support one or more Executives in various highly complex tasks and strategic projects by assisting in administrative, organizational and operational matters as needed and by staying knowledgeable of corporate policies, exercising autonomy within established procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience as an Executive/Management Assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic, international environment, with strong attention to detail, ability to learn and know the landscape to lead when necessary and possess experience as an exceptional editor for communications.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of office administration, report writing, and records management.
  • Expert level with PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Concur expensing ideal.
  • Bachelors’ Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
  • Excellent communicator with top notch organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Bothell.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating complex calendar of appointments using strong time management skills, across several time zones and countries
  • Coordinating travel arrangements (ground, air and hotel); preparing detailed itineraries for extensive/international travel. You will also verify, create, and submit expense reports
  • Collecting and preparing information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals; preparing presentation materials for meetings
  • Managing all incoming information (phone calls, correspondences, mail and email); managing the flow of communication and keeping track of any required action and due dates
  • Working on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues
  • Acting independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments as well as the ability to makes recommendations for new procedures.
  • Efficiently managing shifting priorities to meet deadlines and action items
