Role Summary Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to two senior Trading Card Games executives. This role is critical to helping the TCG leadership team operate efficiently in a fast-paced, creative, and growing environment. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, support presentations and projects, and serve as a trusted partner who understands priorities, exercises sound judgment, and maintains strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting senior executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and make thoughtful trade-offs
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup-style environments
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Proactive, self-directed, and highly organized working style
  • Positive, adaptable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and effective working relationships across teams

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for two senior TCG executives
  • Manage content flow, communications, and information to ensure executives are well-prepared
  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Organize and support staff meetings, business reviews, and leadership meetings
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to additional senior leaders as needed
  • Prepare presentation decks and assist with project coordination for key initiatives
  • Support department-wide initiatives, offsites, and events
  • Perform administrative tasks including drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Support ad hoc requests and special projects as required
