About The Position

You will provide invaluable administrative support to the Corporate Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Your role will involve managing various administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination between stakeholders. Be an integral part of driving the success of our Sales & Marketing team through your exceptional administrative skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced , high energy, work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with senior level executive administrative assistance .
  • Advanced knowledge of : Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Office 365, PowerPoint
  • Asana
  • Canva
  • Hubspot
  • Understands social media and social selling.
  • Independent judgement required in order to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
  • Innovative thinker who understands the direct selling model.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma .

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides financial reports & budget planning assistance , presentation preparation, and coordinates meetings and conferences.
  • Leads the creation of monthly reporting for recognition, events, programs, education and Party Rep performance.
  • Answers correspondence to optimize Rep experience and is prepared to assemble highly confidential and sensitive information as needed .
  • Prepares slides for various meetings throughout the year and distributes presentation to appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for employees attending a variety of Bomb Party events.
  • Coordinates team and Field events as needed.
  • Communicates with a diverse group of key stakeholders across the Bomb Party business.
  • Works closely will internal departments, for flawless communication, process prioritization and overall optimization.
  • Perform other duties as obvious or assigned.
