About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Administrator to provide top-level administrative and strategic support to a Vice President or higher within OCI. This is a rare opportunity to support senior leadership at Oracle. The role plays a central part in driving communication, organization, and operational excellence across a high-impact senior office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven project management skills with an ability to track complex initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to work across organizational levels with tact and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable messaging.
  • Deep discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience managing multiple executives is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple executive calendars, priorities, and communications with precision and confidentiality.
  • Prepare meeting materials and briefings for internal and external engagements.
  • Track key initiatives and organizational goals, ensuring follow-through and alignment.
  • Manage travel, expenses, and budget tracking efficiently.
  • Help with planning and content coordination for employee-facing events, external sessions, and team offsites.
  • Organize and execute team morale activities and leadership development events.
  • Collaborate across functions and teams to gather and synthesize strategic insights.
  • Partner with fellow EA’s to share best practices, collaborate to the benefit of executives, and be an in-office contact for our Nashville HQ.
  • Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth communication and initiative alignment.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
