About The Position

Nardello & Co., a global investigations firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Executive Chairman. The ideal candidate demonstrates unquestionable integrity, strong communication and collaboration skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex travel arrangements.
  • Detail‑oriented, hardworking, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Professional, discreet, collaborative, and highly personable; strong relationship‑management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
  • Produces high‑quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self‑directed, and able to anticipate needs.
  • Effective in fast‑paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
  • Understands how to operate an efficient executive office.
  • Strong command of English; Italian fluency is a plus.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Quickbooks experience preferred.
  • 10+ years supporting C‑suite executives, preferably in professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must work onsite on anchor days and when the Executive Chairman is in the office.
  • Requires availability beyond standard business hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Italian fluency is a plus.
  • Salesforce and Quickbooks experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • preferably in professional services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad range of administrative tasks supporting the Executive Chairman’s personal and professional activities.
  • Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, including itineraries, reservations, drivers, and security.
  • Oversee professional and personal calendars, including family and household commitments.
  • Research, prioritize, and address sensitive or confidential issues; determine appropriate follow‑up actions.
  • Manage conflicting priorities and ensure timely, proactive execution of tasks and projects.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the Executive Chairman’s office operations.
  • Perform day‑to‑day administrative duties, including lunch orders, deliveries, conference room setup, contacts, and research.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, candidates, and senior staff; schedule calls and meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
  • Prepare and process travel and corporate expenses.
  • Maintain and update Outlook and Salesforce contacts.
