REQUIRED PROFILE Minimum 10 years experience as Executive Assistant / Operations Manager / Senior Office Manager Proven ability to multitask across multiple departments Experience in hospitality, retail, real estate, or corporate operations preferred Strong organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills Excellent English (Spanish is a strong advantage) Highly disciplined, trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented Used to working directly with owners / chairmen / CEOs SALARY & PACKAGE $80,000 Plus (based on experience) Growth potential Long-term stability High-trust executive role
